Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 113; Google Scholar) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 - 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Hebei University of Technology, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies.Prof. Webster has over 1,350 publications to his credit with over 53,000 citations.

Paulo C. DE MORAIS, PhD, was full Professor of Physics at the University of Brasilia (UnB) – Brazil up to 2013, Appointed as UnB’s Emeritus Professor (2014), Appointed as Guest Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology– China (2011), Visiting Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) – China (2012-2015), Appointed as Distinguished Professor at Anhui University (AHU) – China (2016-2019), Appointed as Full Professor at Catholic University of Brasília (UCB) – Brazil (2018), Appointed as CNPq-1A Research Fellowship since 2010, 2007 Master Research Prize from UnB, 2008-member of the European ERA NET Nanoscience Committee, Member of the IEEE-Magnetic Society Technical Committee, Senior Member of the IEEE Society, 2012 China’s 1000 Foreign Expert Recipient, and 2012 Academic Excellence Award from Brazilian Professor’s Union. He held two-years (1987-1988) post-doc position with Bell Communications Research – New Jersey, USA and received his Doctoral degree in Solid State Physics (1986) from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – Brazil. He graduated in both Chemistry (1976) and Physics (1977) at UnB.ProfessorMorais is member of the Brazilian Physical Society and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – IEEE. He has served as referee for more than 50 technical journals, takes part of the Editorial Board of more than 15 technical journals and has conducted research on nanomaterials for over 40 years. He has delivered more than 150 Invited Talks all over the World. He is known for his research in preparation, characterization and applications of nanosized materials (magnetic fluid, magnetoliposome, magnetic nanoemulsion, magnetic nanocapsule, magnetic nanofilm, magnetic nanocomposite, nanosized semiconductors, polymeric dots, carbon dots, graphene quantum dots, and nanosilica). With more than 450 published papers in peer reviewed journals and 15 patents, he has appeared in recent World ranking of top 1% scientists, such as 2020-Stanford and 2022-Research.com.

Marco Patruno is an Associate Professor at the Department of Comparative Biomedicine and Food Science, School of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, University of Padova, Italy. Prof. Patruno teaches Veterinary Histology, Embryology and Anatomy and his research interests are related to regenerative processes, muscle development and the potential of adult stem cells in the veterinary field. He is a member of the Doctorate School in Veterinary School and supervisor of Ph.D students (national and international). Prof. Patruno obtained the degree in Animal Science (with full marks) in 1995, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Milano, Italy. From 1995 to 1996 He attended a student work placement in the laboratory of Prof. A. Rowlerson: University of London, Division of Physiology, United Medical and Dental Schools (UMDS) of Guy's and St. Thomas's Hospital. In the period 1996-1997: University of Milan, Department of Biology. Post graduate researcher in the same laboratory where He prepared the degree thesis. In 1996 He won a grant (named “studying abroad”) used to work at the laboratory of Prof. M. Thorndyke, University of London. In the latter University He obtained, in 1998, another grant as an “outstanding” student, which allowed the payment of fees for the three years doctoral course. Prof. Patruno gained the Ph.D. in Developmental Biology from Royal Holloway, University of London, UK, in 2001. During the PhD degree He worked in different Universities: September 1998, laboratory of Dr. G. Wray, Department of molecular evolution. Stonybrook University of New York NY; August 1999, host at the Krintsineberg Marine research station, University of Goteborg, SW; 9/1999 to 2/2000, Student work placement and Post-Doc position in the laboratory of Dr. A. Graham, Neural Development Group, Kings College, University of London, UK and in the laboratory of Prof. J. Goldspink, Royal Free Hospital, Dep. of Anatomy & Developmental Biology. In 2001 He started to work at Padova University as a full researcher. He was involved in the Henry Ford award in 1999 and rewarded as the National winner named “young researcher” at the 4° National Congress of Veterinary Morphology (2004, University of Torino). The research group led by Prof. Patruno has characterized adult stem cells from blood of the horse and adipose tissue of the dog and showed that cryopreservation does not modify their “stemness” features; recent studies focus on evaluating the regenerative potential of stem cells for damaged skin and injured tendons, carrying out in vitro and in vivo research. The same research group furnishes a service for Veterinarians named “Stem Cell Services” dedicated to the analysis and cryopreservation of stem cells from several animals. Prof. Patruno has been a Member of EMA (European Medicine Agency) as an expert of stem cells in the veterinary field; He is a Reviewer of projects for national and international agencies (ISF, ALW, Italian MIUR, and ANR, The French National Research Agency); Reviewer for ARTI, Agenzia Regionale per la Tecnologia e l’Innovazione, Regione Puglia (“FutureInResearch”). During his scientific activity Prof. Patruno published more than 100 international publications of which 69 full papers, 9 chapters in books of international interest, 66 abstracts and, in collaboration with other colleagues, a textbook of Embryology. He has been several times invited speaker. His funding is generally obtained from National competitive grants and private companies.

Abdul Khalil Gardezi is a Distinguished Scientist and Academic Member of the Hydro Science Center, Postgraduate College in Agriculture Science in Mexico, since 1981.He has received distinctions for teaching, research and service from 1988 until 2022. He has been selected for the originality of his research, presented as the best paper and oral presentation from 2003 to 2022 in international congresses in Australia, Canada, China, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, Germany, Scotland and USA He has published more than 200 papers national and internationally. He has been honored among 2000 outstanding intellectuals of the 21st century by the International Biographical Center Cambridge England.

Professor Bajram BERISHA, (born in Suharekë, Republic of Kosova) is an Albanian researcher and international university professor of Technical University of Munich (Germany), University of Prishtina (Kosovo) and Agriculture University of Tirana (Albania). Prof. Dr. habil. Bajram Berisha, graduated from the University of Prishtina (UP), Kosovo (BSc., 1986), University of Ljubljana, Slovenia (MSc., 1992) and Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany (PhD, 2001 and habilitation, 2007). He is a senior scientist with a long research experience in the area of animal physiology, genetics and biotechnology and author of numerous original research articles and other publications published in the best journal with high impact factor. Professor Bajram Berisha has a special interest in field of animal biotechnology. His research work is concentrated in the very important steps in the regulation of final follicle growth and especially of angiogenesis during follicle development, periovulation as well as corpus luteum formation and function. For his extraordinary scientific results, he was honored with the "Zietzschmann-Preuss Award" for the best publication 2017 (https://www.wava-amav.org/zp/). From 1996-2008 he worked at the Technical University of Munich and since 2008 he is full Professor at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo in field of animal genetics and biotechnology. Currently Prof. Bajram Berisha is a Visiting Professor at the Technical University of Munich, (Chair of Animal Physiology and Immunology, Weihenstephan). For his contributions to the Technical University of Munich he was honored with the title "TUM Ambassador" 2018 (https://www.community.tum.de/en/tum-community/researchalumni/).

Dr. Cheng is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Taiwan. He specializes in breast aesthetic and reconstructive surgery and the treatment of difficult wounds. To acknowledge his excellent work in difficult wound reconstruction, he was selected as the only two-time winner of the Best Reconstructive Save Award issued by Taiwan Society of Plastic Surgery. His research has been focused on wound infection and applying stem cells for regenerative wound healing. His work has been published in several first-tier journals, including Clinical Infectious Disease, Biomaterials, Acta Biomaterialia, and Stem Cells Translational Medicine. Dr. Cheng has received many international and domestic awards in recognition of his excellent track record in research and clinical work, and he has been invited to give a speech at several renowned institutes and international conferences, including the World Congress of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society. He has also received multiple funding for his research projects from both the governmental and business sectors. In 2021, Dr. Cheng was elected as the president of Taiwan Society for Wound Care.

Dr Yang is a radiochemist at Department of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and concurrently an assistant professor at Sing Health Duke-NUS Radiological Science Academic Clinic Programme (RADSC ACP), Duke-NUS medical School. He received his PhD in Chemistry at National University of Singapore, and completed several postdocs at The Universities of Iowa, The University of Michigan and Purdue University. Since then, his research interests are molecular probes development for bio-imaging such as PET, SPECT and MRI. He is now working on development of radiopharmaceuticals for their bio-imaging and theranostic applications.

Sergey Suchkov was born in the City of Astrakhan, Russia, in a family of dynasty medical doctors. In 1980, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University and was awarded with MD. In 1985, Suchkov maintained his PhD as a PhD student of the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy and Institute of Medical Enzymology. In 2001, Suchkov maintained his Doctor De-gree at the National Institute of Immunology, Russia. From 1989 through 1995, Dr Suchkov was being a Head of the Lab of Clinical Immunology, Helmholtz Eye Research Institute in Moscow. From 1995 through 2004 - a Chair of the Dept for Clinical Immunology, Moscow Clinical Research Institute (MONIKI). In 1993-1996, Dr Suchkov was a Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board, Biomedical Science, an international journal published jointly by the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK.

Tomas Ducai is an enthusiastic student of Biology (focusing on Microbiology/Genetics) at the University of Vienna. However, due to his diverse background – Tomas is studying also psychology/philosophy as teaching studies – his interests are widespread, including Neuroscience as well as Space Sciences. After completion of several scientific internships in the field of Biomedicine (including stays at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology [IMBA] – Vienna; Vienna General Hospital [AKH]; Medical University of Vienna [MUW]), he has pursued and completed his scientific Bachelor’s internship at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA), where he was working and investigating the influence of particular high-risk genes on development of autism-spectrum disorders (ASDs), in the lab of Prof. Gaia Novarino, PhD. Nowadays, he is trying to pursue his interests in interdisciplinary projects within the field of Bioastronautics, where his attention focuses on exploring the effects of outer space environment on Human/Vertebrate Physiology.

Nikolai Borisjuk (Mykola Borysyuk) has graduated from Kyiv State University (Kyiv, Ukraine), majoring in microbiology and obtained his PhD in molecular biology in 1988. In 1990 Dr. Borisjuk received Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship to conduct research at Tuebingen University in Germany. Since then he continued working at various International Research Institutions in Germany, USA, Australia and China. He has published more than 60 peer-reviewed research papers devoted to plant biodiversity, plant genome structure and evolution, plant genetic engineering and stress tolerance. He taught molecular biology and genetic engineering courses and supervised undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Kiev State University (Kiev, Ukraine), Institute of Plant Genetics (Gatersleben, Germany), Rutgers University (New Brunswick, USA), Thomas Jefferson University (Philadelphia, USA) and the University of Adelaide (Adelaide, Australia). Since 2016, he is a Professor at School of Life Sciences of the Huaiyin Normal University (Huai’an, China).

Dr. Pu Qian received his Ph. D. degree from Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan. After postdoc training at the University of Sheffield, he joined Thermofisher Scientific as a senior scientist at Cambridge cryo-EM pharmaceutical consortium. His research interest is focused on the structure determination of photosynthetic related membrane proteins from high plant and photosynthetic bacteria. With the rapid development of cryogenic electron microscopy, cryo-EM single particle analysis has become one of his major research methods. Within the last four years, 15 high resolution membrane protein structures, which include 8 reaction center light harvesting 1 (RC-LH1) core complexes, 6 LH2 complexes and one b6f complex were determined. The results are published within Nature, Science Advances, PNAS, Biochemistry and Biochemical J.

Dr. Malika Alili, PhD in Biotechnology. Ecole Normale Superieure, Vieux Kouba Algiers Algeria Dr. Malika Alili obtained her PhD in biotechnology in 2007, she is currently working in the department of Natural Sciences ENS Kouba, Algiers as an assistant professor of molecular biology. She has attended several international scientific conferences and workshops as a speaker and invited speaker, she reviewed articles. She actively participated in laboratory research projects, such as enzyme engineering, Drug delivery and food packaging as well as in vitro technology. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Malika assumed a key role as manager of the incubator at ENS Kouba University. In this capacity, she facilitated the translation of scientific discoveries into practical applications. By fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem and providing support and resources to budding innovators, Malika helped bridge the gap between academia and industry, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Silvia Tedesco is graduated in solid state physics in the University of Rome "La Sapienza". She worked in the electronic engineering faculty of the same university to optimize parameters of complex systems, paying attention to their retroactive learning capability, and using cost functions and genetic algorithms. Silvia Tedesco subsequently worked in the field of biomedical engineering, at the National Institute of Health in Rome, to study biodegradable polymers solution properties, in order to find and optimize parameters and properties that favor or promote the formation of artificial fiber scaffolds for skin tissues. Several other jobs and experiences of life (including travelling around foreign countries and cultures) have helped her to have a more fully open mind and knowledge, very useful to her personal life and studies. Now Silvia Tedesco interests are in complex systems, with attention to aggregates (at macroscopic and microscopic level) and their behavior, and to the study of the links between them at different scales and in different fields of expression and manifestation.

Dr. Yildiz obtained her PhD in Food Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. She is currently working at food engineering department in Igdir University as an associate professor. She is also head of the department of gastronomy and culinary arts. She is the recipent of several prizes, awards and fellowships. She has several research and review articles (SCI Journals), book chapters and books in the field of food processing and technology. She has attended several national/international scientific conferences and workshops as a speaker and shared her knowledge on food processing and engineering. She has been involved in several projects as project manager and researcher.

Dr. Silva is presently at the University of Sao Paulo, Ribeirao Preto Medical School, Department of Biochemistry and Immunology as Associate Professor of Biochemistry and Biotechnology. His research interests are diverse from the understanding of cellulase production by the industrial fungus Trichoderma reesei using transcriptome, proteomic and functional genomic approaches, in order to improve the production of biofuels and value-added products from plant biomass. Furthermore, he are also interesting in biotechnology of cancer and fungal diseases.

Dr. Jian Li currently working as a professor at Panzhihua University in China and has been working in the field of microalgal biotechnology for more than two decades. Before taking his current position, he worked for Supreme Health New Zealand Ltd., New Zealand, as CTO, Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, as a senior researcher (gourp leader), Shenzhen Eastwest Biotechnology Inc., China, as CTO, and Mera Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA, as a senior process engineer. He has published numerous papers in high rank biotechnology journals and has been invited to present in tens of biotechnology international conferences, with twice served as the section chair of microalgal biotechnology.

Lars Ole Fichte worked for 5 years as an Electronic Warfare specialist for the german military. He finished his PhD thesis on hybrid analytical/numerical methods for eddy current problems in 2007 and has been working has a senior scientist at Helmut-Schmidt University Hamburg since. His research interest include (but are not limited to) • precise measurement of electromagnetic fields in EMC test setups, primarily electromagnetic reverberation chambers, • statistical investigations on EMC field tests, • Intentional Electronic Interference and protective measures, • interaction of RF range fields with biological tissue. He is the Chairman of German URSI commission K, member of the international URSI Commission K technical advisory board, and works with various standardization committee, such as IEC SC77C.
