Oskar Lipiński is a young researcher, who will soon defend his PhD title in biological sciences. He received his education at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. His research interests focus on understanding the basis of protein function using structural methods - cryoelectron microscopy and X-ray protein crystallography. In the course of gaining scientific experience, he has deepened his knowledge of various biochemical and biochemical methods (mass spectrometry, electron paramagnetic resonance) for understanding the role of proteins, as well as the relationship between their structure and function. He is passionate about travel, mountains, and contemplation of nature.
